Overview

Boss UP addresses inequities in social and financial capital access for underserved entrepreneurs.

Applications will be will be reviewed in three rounds, culminating in a pitch and panel interview featuring leaders across government, philanthropy, and non-profit communities.

NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) will provide education, training, support, and mentorship through its FastTrac® program. This course helps winners apply skills they developed so far to grow a successful and profitable business.

By providing financial grants, training, and additional support, the program intends to build equitable and inclusive paths forward for entrepreneurs in New York City to become business leaders within their communities.
